Aussie chick, trying to get fitter - annoyingly hard to measure but I think i'm getting there... well, either that or i'm just caring about what other people think about my weight less. Either way.... Awesome.

- That’s a lot of food
- That’s not enough food
- You’re going to eat all of that???!??
- That looks gross
- That’s not healthy
- That looks healthy
- That’s disgusting
- Why are you eating that?
- I’m glad you’re eating more
In case you didn’t understand, DON’T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT MY EATING/FOOD/INTAKE WHETHER IT BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE I DON’T WANT TO HEAR IT.
Unless it’s rat poison - feel free to tell me i’m eating rat poison. Otherwise, it’s just food. only food - and it can in no way harm you.
Did you know on average the human body needs 8 positive touches a day to survive? This includes: hand shakes, a hand on the shoulder, a hug, a kiss. etc. So you people saying, people that are depressed are just upset because they don’t get attention, in a way, you’re right, when your body lacks positive touches it can stunt your growth and effect your mental and emotional development. Give a hug.
….I think I go through most days without being touched at all - I was fine until I realized this…now am a sobbing mess!
